1. Scope
These terms of use govern use of the community platform operated by the operator.
The operator of the platform is:

The terms of use apply to all visitors and registered users of the platform.
By registering, accessing the platform, or using its features, users agree to these terms of use.
Should individual provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
2. Registration
Registration is required for certain features of the platform.
When registering, users undertake to:
- provide truthful and complete information
- keep their login credentials confidential
- not disclose their login credentials to third parties
- notify the operator without delay if unauthorised access to their user account is suspected
The operator reserves the right to refuse registrations without stating reasons or to suspend or delete user accounts if false information was provided or these terms of use have been breached.
There is no entitlement to registration or use of the platform.
3. Minimum age
Use of the community is permitted only to persons who have completed their 14th year of age.
By registering, the user confirms that they have reached this minimum age or that the required consent of their legal guardians is in place.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts if there are doubts about the age stated.
4. User conduct
Users undertake to use the platform exclusively in accordance with applicable law and these terms of use.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- breach applicable law
- harass, threaten, or insult other users
- disseminate discriminatory or inhuman content
- technically manipulate the platform or circumvent security mechanisms
- use automated systems or bots to use the platform
- collect or use other users’ data without their consent
The platform must not be used to deceive or harm other users or to impair the functioning of the platform.
5. Prohibited content
In particular, it is prohibited to publish or disseminate content that:
- breaches applicable law
- is insulting, discriminatory, or defamatory
- glorifies violence or incites violence
- contains pornographic or content harmful to minors
- contains extremist or anti-constitutional content
- infringes third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, or personality rights)
- contains malware, viruses, or other harmful programs
- constitutes spam or unauthorised advertising
The operator reserves the right to remove or block such content.
6. Publication of user content
Registered users may publish content on the platform, for example:
- posts
- comments
- profile information
- images or other media
- links to external websites
Depending on settings, such content may be publicly visible.
Users are obliged to ensure that they hold all rights required for the content they publish.
7. Responsibility for content
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, including texts, images, links, comments, or other contributions.
The operator does not adopt such content as its own.
The operator does not warrant:
- accuracy
- completeness
- lawfulness
of content provided by users.
8. External links
Within the community, users may publish links to external websites or social media platforms.
The operator has no influence over the content of external websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for that content.
The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.
9. Reporting content
Users may report content that breaches these terms of use or applicable law.
After becoming aware of such content, the operator will review it and, where appropriate:
- remove it
- restrict access to it
- take further measures
10. Removal of content
The operator reserves the right to remove or edit content without prior notice if:
- there is a breach of these terms of use
- legal requirements are violated
- there are indications of unlawful content
- the content impairs operation of the platform
11. Moderation
The operator or moderators appointed by him reserve the right to review, edit, or delete content if it breaches these terms of use or applicable law.
This serves to protect the community and to comply with legal requirements.
12. Suspension of user accounts
In the event of breaches of these terms of use, the operator may temporarily or permanently suspend or delete user accounts.
This applies in particular in cases of:
- repeated breaches of the community rules
- serious rule violations
- abusive use of the platform
- publication of unlawful content
There is no entitlement to reinstatement of a suspended account.
13. Rights of use in content
By uploading or publishing content, users grant the operator a simple, non-exclusive right of use limited in space and time to operation of the platform.
This includes in particular the right to:
- store content
- display content
- process content technically
- make content accessible within the platform
This right of use exists only to the extent necessary for operating and displaying the platform.
14. Indemnity
The user shall indemnify the operator against all third-party claims arising from content published by the user, insofar as the user is responsible for the infringement.
This also includes the costs of any necessary legal defence, including reasonable attorney and court fees.
15. Operator’s liability
The operator is liable only within the limits of statutory provisions.
Liability for content published by users is excluded unless the operator was aware of unlawful content.
After becoming aware of corresponding infringements, such content will be removed without delay.
For damage arising from use of the platform, the operator is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
16. Technical availability
The operator endeavours to keep the platform available with as few interruptions as possible.
However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the website at all times.
Maintenance, security updates, or technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions or outages.
17. Changes to the terms of use
The operator reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time in order to reflect legal, technical, or organisational changes.
Registered users will be informed accordingly in the event of material changes.
Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms of use.
18. Deletion of user accounts
Registered users may at any time delete their user account or request deletion from the operator.
After deletion of a user account, published content may remain visible on the platform if it is required for discussions or the context of posts. In such cases, the user’s personal data will be anonymised.
The operator also reserves the right to delete user accounts if:
- users so request
- legal requirements make this necessary
- the account has not been used for an extended period
- there is a breach of these terms of use
19. Use of automated content (e.g. AI-generated content)
Publication of automatically generated content, for example by AI systems or automated tools, is generally permitted provided that such content:
- does not breach applicable law
- is not misleading or deceptive
- does not infringe third-party rights
- does not constitute automated mass publication (spam)
The operator reserves the right to remove automatically generated content if it breaches the community rules or these terms of use.
20. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with use of this platform is the operator’s registered seat.
For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules of their country of residence within the European Union apply.
